The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I ordered 4 of these tops in various colours and i love the quality of these garments. However, the first 4 i had to send back as the size 16- 18 were too small for me. I am a size 16 uk( 5ft6 and 12 stones) i reordered( returning the others) and out of 4 garments only 2 fitted with 1 being too smalll again, even though it was marked XL the same as the others( uk20- 22 which i am not incidentally). So these fit very small. The other one was smaller but not as small. Go up at least 1 size when ordering. Best long- sleeve top I ’ ve ever used. I wear this top for treadmill running and general workout exercises in my garage. It keeps me warm during cooler months and wicks away sweat when it ’s warmer. It ’s going to be an ideal extra layer during winter months. Being short( 5 ’ 3 ”) and of slight build, the small size top is marginally loose on me, nevertheless it is very comfortable to wear. The sleeves are long for my height, so I trimmed and sewed to a more suitable length. I am very pleased with this excellent top.

Fits great. I completely forget about the neckguard like two seconds after putting it on. I love that it doubles as a baselayer and the sleeves over the elbow pads is a fantastic feature. The price is also pretty great especially considering the other options that are out there at the moment.

I like the material, which was comfortable and kept me from overheating or getting clammy. The shirt was long, so I could comfortably stuff it in my my compression jill and there was no ride up at all. I am kind of stout, but very short, so I 'm not sure if getting a size small would 've been too much compression, but the fit still works. I 've never worn a shirt with a neck guard, so I had to practice putting that in the proper place. I wish the instructions were more than a small diagram. I will very likely get another one.
