This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. Also useful to know is that these run large, so if you want a regular fit then go one size down one, which is what I did. If you prefer the baggier look, go with your usual size.
