I wear these over my compression base layer. They are perfect lightweight fabric that is extremely stretchy while not getting heavy once saturated with sweat. They dont restrict movement at all. I tried every high end pair of running shorts on the market and ended up with UA Tech Vents over UA compression shorts. I feel so strong in these it makes me want to get in the gym and run.
