The adjustable waist band is money, you can tighten/loosen if needed, and the pant legs have an elastic band. As they will sit/stay over the top of a shoes tongue. These pants will be oversized and baggy. I am 6' 0 '' and typically wear a Large, but I went with Medium for my ideal fit.
