This is a relaxed fit for tall people with wiry builds, which I 'm not( I 'm 5' 9 '', 170lbs) They pretty much made a `` Big and Tall '' shirt but just the `` Tall '' part. Everything is extended longer, but I would n't call it `` relaxed ''. It has a snug fit around the chest, a comically long torso that goes to my thighs, and the arm holes just go further down my arm. Best long- sleeve top I ’ ve ever used. I wear this top for treadmill running and general workout exercises in my garage. It keeps me warm during cooler months and wicks away sweat when it ’s warmer. It ’s going to be an ideal extra layer during winter months. Being short( 5 ’ 3 ”) and of slight build, the small size top is marginally loose on me, nevertheless it is very comfortable to wear. The sleeves are long for my height, so I trimmed and sewed to a more suitable length. I am very pleased with this excellent top.

[ This is the third shirt and color I 've purchased of this type. Great quality and feels great. I would recommend ordering a size up however as they run a bit small.
