They are trendy- looking enough for my 13 and 15- year olds to wear to school and to hang out with their friends. The color( graphic charcoal) is fairly dark and matches with most colors for shirts, socks, and shoes. The only potential negative is that they are such a light material that they are not very warm... so do n't assume they would be good to keep you comfortable on very cold outdoor days. I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house.
