[ Bought this exact jacket for hiking the rainforest in Alaska and I was the only one out of 8 of us who stayed totally dry underneath after hiking for two hours in constant rain. Everyone else was soaked down through 3 layers using jackets from other companies. Literally can ’ t recommend enough. I got a size or two larger than normal to be able to layer and to make the jacket longer for more rain protection, worked out great.

[ When the weather changed for our Portugal trip I needed a rain jacket fast! This jacket exceeded my expectations. It POURED rain on us and i stayed completely dry! The hood and extended visor prevented all rain from getting to my face and hair. I have waist length, super curly, thick hair and this hood kept it all in and dry! the length was perfect and prevented my lower body from getting wet. I sized up from a XL to a 2XL as I wanted room to layer and wear sweaters or sweatshirts underneath. The deep pockets were perfect for extra travel items! I got a whole water bottle inside one! The most important part is it dried of super fast and was ready for the next day of rain! It is packable and folds down to a super small size! I highly recommend this jacket. If it can keep me dry during a relentless, 7 day, Portugal downpour, it will keep you dry most anywhere! BUY IT!
