[ This is still my favorite hat and has been for 10+ years. I have 4 of them in different colors for working outside on my farm, trail running, hiking and just going out. They never get smelly, i wash and hang dry( less frequently than i probably should) and they hold up to quite a bit of abuse. Very packable and keeps me warm even when soaked through. [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.
