I did my research and found this is one of the few ones that actually has Gore- Tex so I bought it and I was very glad that I did. It does an awesome job of deflecting the wind in the wind and the rain in the elements from my face. Now you need to be careful when purchasing this the older ones are Gore- Tex. The newer ones do not have Gore- Tex. There ’s actually false advertising in this description. Only the ones that say Gore- Tex are actually Gore- Tex.
