It has a zippered slit pocket in the back which is nice! [ Traveled to Alaska in January and brought these pants along. They kept me warm and dry in- 30 F temps and did very well in several feet of snow while snow shoeing and sledding. I at first bought a size small and they fit me like a glove, then returned for a medium so that I could wear them on top of my bottom layers for the day. The medium fit well with jeans and thermals under. The bottom of the pants have an elastic to go around your boot to keep snow from getting in your pants and boots and that seemed to hold up well despite me trucking along in several feet of snow.

I bought a size small because the medium was quite big. In cm, I am between 65- 70cm in waist and hips 100- 105cm. Fitted great, a bit tight at the beginning but with use got loose. You can expand the lower leg to fit your ski boots and your moon boots or chunky boots. This is just great. I use it with the Ava Jacket and amazing. Thank you!!!

[ These women's sweat pants/joggers are very true to size. The drawstring keeps them where you want them- even with a toddler tugging on your leg during your workout session. They are extremely comfortable to wear for both activities, and lounging around. The pockets are n't super deep but similar to any pair of joggers I 've ever owned. The cuffs at the bottom keep you from walking on the bottom of the pant leg, which is perfect for us shorties. Material is superior and washes well! They also do NOT appear to have lost their `` fit '' or shrank after machine drying. Very well stitched together and no separations at the seems. The black has stayed black with no graying or fading. The inside is very soft and will hold warmth if you wear these outside during cold weather. The material also does n't snag your fingernails or itch your skin. Loose fitting where you want them in the thighs providing flexibility if you are often kneeling or crouching. They do have a slight dye smell which was detected before washing but was gone after 1 wash cycle. I would n't change one thing about these pants!! I 'd recommend for active and lounge wear alike.
