I am a mail carrier and I recently purchased these to wear while working. They really work well, I can use them on low and they keep my hands plenty warm.( keep in mind I am walking while wearing them so I am generating some heat, I do n't know how well they would work if you were sitting) Since these are thicker, sorting the mail takes a bit to get used to but it's worth it. The battery does not last all day so I did purchase the extra battery pack. Only cons are that the sizing was not right for me. My hand measures 7. 5 '' so I ordered the large but they are too big. I ended up getting them in medium and they are much better. Also, the button to turn them on and change the temp is easy to use but if you need to shut them off, you have to unplug the battery to get them to turn back on again. It's not convenient having to take the gloves off but it is minor since they actually keep my hands warm!

Keep your hands dry and warm. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. For the ice angler, these are a bit cumbersome to try and use while fishing. The dexterity and sensitivity just is n't good enough for me to use on my jigging/rod hand. Keeps my reeling hand nice and toasty though!

I love these gloves. I am a ski patroller and need a warm and functional glove. The mission gloves provide the dexterity I need to manage a taboggan, ropes, and tools. I love the leather palms for gripping ropes and the Velcro wrist straps which keep the snow out and secure the glove easily under the cuff of my jacket. I love these gloves, they are so warm! I use them on their own hiking while splitboarding and as a liner for really cold days in the resort. The Small size fit my small hands very well... I have borderline kid size hands and they still fit me pretty well. I was able to use my phone with the gloves on my hands. Highly recommended if you want warm hands!

I was expecting those gloves to be good, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The first time I wore them, I was outside for six hours in steady rain and near- freezing temperatures. My hands were the driest part of me. Not that these are waterproof- they aren't- but the grid fleece on the backs of the hands wicks and breathes so well that my body heat dried the gloves faster than they could get wet. My hands stayed warm and dry, and the fingers were still dextrous enough that I could work outside. Love these and will be buying more, plus anything else made of Vigor Plus fleece that I can get my hands on. Big improvement in fit over the previous year's model as well.

Took these on trail and they kept my fingers warm in a cold rain. I like the fit, the feel, but glad it did not rain the next day because they did not dry fast at all. Did not expect waterproof of course, but was hoping they would be useful again without a dryer. Taking something else for days long hiking next time, but these are still nice, keeping for different scenarios, hikes closer to home.
