Love this jacket. I was worried about the reports that it's `` short '' I 'm 5' 9 '' with a longer torso and short legs( 30- 32 inseam) and the jacket came to just below my belt line. It's definitely a jacket for car camping, walks around town, etc. This IS N'T a summit series jacket and is defiantly not built as a belay jacket which I think some get confused. For me, after hitting the slopes and a bit sweaty, I pull this out of my pack, fluff it up( it folds into its own pocket and packs very small) and put it on going in and out of the lodge before the sweat get cold and drops my body temp.

Purchased this coat in white last year and absolutely LOVE it! The hood is very large( my favorite part about this coat), but stays out of your face. Jacket is warm, but not too warm( like a down coat would be). It's sporty and I get a ton of compliments on it every time I wear it. I am 5' 10 '', 140 lbs, and got an XL, and it fits well! Also, it washes easily and looks great even after a year of a ton of wear.
