VRST has done it again. I have some pants made by another company that are similar to these and I would choose these over the other brand. The fabric is softer and looks more like a traditional khaki pant. These pants come with a little extra room in the hip and thigh area, so they fit nice and comfortable. The material has a slight stretch to it, so range of motion is not limited in any way. The fabric is moisture wicking so they dry quick. The pants also have UV protection which is alway a plus if you are out in the sun. Beside the main side pocket on the right side there is also a zippered pocket to keep keys safe to they do n't fall out. These are my daily go- to capris. I ordered this pair because I know my original pair will eventually wear out, although when I pulled them both out of the wash, I could not tell them apart. The knees do not even bag! My original reason for choosing this particular item was the cellphone pocket. This is a must for me. I am amazed that my phone does not cause these capris to sag, even on a cardio walk. The fabric does not wick so I do have to change after vigorous exercise but they are fine for everyday wear. I think these are the perfect trouser/yoga pant combo. I 've worn them out to dinner and feel totally comfortable styling them with a t- shirt during weekend errand runs. Immediately after taking them out of the package, the fabric feels like your standard workout material, but it's heavy and looks so flattering on. I love that they have weight to them as a trouser or a jean would. They sit so nice on my waist and do n't roll down. However, the length. I am 5' 5 '' and they are super long, but have styled them with some sneakers that have a platform or give me a little lift and it's not a problem. I noticed the model in the photos was 5'10 '' and they 're just about touching the floor, so that's a great representation of how long they are.
