These were the best for our recent salt water flats trip! They were perfectly light and comfortable even after getting wet. They dried quickly and were my choice to wear for the whole week. My only issue was that they were a little short, leaving a chunk of my ankle exposed in the sun. It was an easy fix with taller socks though.

[ I normally wear the Fjallraven Keb trouser but was looking for something lighter for mid summer hikes in the sweltering northeast, these absolutely fit the bill although I will most likely tear these apart quicker than the Keb. Not because they are low quality, but because I am a big dude and very hard on my gear.

Usually wear a 34 and ordered a 33- 34, fit and felt fantastic. Vent zips are perfect with plenty of pockets. Hiked on the coast with these and they kept me warm enough from the ocean breeze yet i wasnt uncomfortable for a second because of excess heat. The only thing that Simms makes that is actually true to size. As of late, everything I order has to be a small when 5 years ago I would have been a medium. But these pants are awesome and it feels like you 're not even wearing them.

These are my go to weekend pants. Very comfortable, light, and versatile. Wish there were more colors and I would wear them all week. Waiting for fjallraven to make more colors and other designs out of same fabric. Highly recommend.

After wearing nylon cargo pants for the last 20 years, I have switched to these. They are very comfortable and the fabric is great. I did have to have a tailor shorten them in length. I also had the zippered pockets reduced in depth to eliminate heavy stuff like a cell phone banging on my knee. I wish they came in khaki!! Note that they run very large. I normally take a 39 '' waist but had to order a 37 '' waist and it is loose. I bought them for travel but now they are my everyday pants.
