I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. After over 10 years of playing baseball, my high school son( catcher) will ONLY wear these cup shorts. Why? because the cup pocket is on the OUTSIDE of the short! Easy to put the cup in or take out after a game, no pinching or pulling if the rubber cup sticks out of the pocket.
