They take care of their customers. I contacted them about my issue in the morning, sent in pics of my issue and a new paddle was in my hands 2 days later! Because it is a performance paddle, it comes with a 1 year warranty. I read the review and saw the pics of a guy who broke his handle….. just contact Onix. They will replace it within a year.
