I have recently started playing pickleball. The first time I borrowed a paddle from the club, but soon decided to buy my own paddle. They take care of their customers. I contacted them about my issue in the morning, sent in pics of my issue and a new paddle was in my hands 2 days later! Because it is a performance paddle, it comes with a 1 year warranty. I read the review and saw the pics of a guy who broke his handle….. just contact Onix. They will replace it within a year.
