Love the high waiI bought these in white in a size small. I 'm usually between a XS and S but prefer shorts to not be tight especially for running. I would say get your normal size. I love the fabric and high waist. The white is great for summer also!

These are fantastic! I ’ ve been a runner for over 12 years and have few shorts that I would write reviews about. The multi layer design, is light like a speed short but prevents things from getting too “ cheeky ” when you start running in the wind. Like other reviews, one size down is perfect.
