After over 10 years of playing baseball, my high school son( catcher) will ONLY wear these cup shorts. Why? because the cup pocket is on the OUTSIDE of the short! Easy to put the cup in or take out after a game, no pinching or pulling if the rubber cup sticks out of the pocket. He's about 6' tall, a thinner frame( not husky), about a 31 '' waist and prefers the medium- they fit him perfectly.
