I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

Good shirt to have in hot, humid conditions. Does n't hold perspiration and seen to allow any moving air to pass through making it that much more comfortable in hot humid conditions. This shirt could be improved with a v- neck style.
