Shorts are very comfortable. I wear them when I run, and thus far they have held up nicely for several 4- 6 mile runs. As the weather warms I will definitely try them on longer outings. They do not ride up and the interior lining has not created hot spots. The pocket size if extremely convenient for carrying needed items on the run. They compare extremely well with the name brand shorts I have come to rely on for running, and I will definitely look for more of these VRST 7 '' shorts.
