They are kinda ok in the waist but are super short. I wear a 6 in lululemon fast and free shorts a small medium in nike bottoms depending on the rise and a medium in the dupe shorts on amazon for lululemon fast and free. For these shorts to fit I should have gotten a large.. for a looser comfier fit an xl would work too. The quality of the shorts is really great, super light weight.. sizing is just off.. I used to love the below the knee Jordan shorts, but that ’s not what ’s in anymore. I ’ ve been a big fan of 5in mesh shorts but the men ’s Jordan shorts have still been a little too long for me. These are 4in and are a little shorter than I ’ m used to but they fit great! The only drawback I see is the small pockets. I have the pro max phone and that sticks out of the pocket. But they fit great and look great.
