I already own many Duofold items and getting the leggings was a no brainer. I like the excellent quality and the warmth it provides. The fabric is very stretchy without being too constricting. It has a fly for those who use it. The fit is perfect.

The Champion Duofold Men's Varitherm Expedition long johns are the best! A little pricey compared to some others, but you get what you pay for. I love the thickness, double layered. They keep my family warm during Winter sports. These `` Expedition '' pants are enough to wear under your snow pants... no need for another layer of sweatpants, etc. This brand, style is the ONLY one I have purchased since I became aware of them... I believe that's been over two decades! Now, I 'm buying them for my grandchildren!

[ I have used these ski bibs about 6 times since purchase and have been very satisfied. My main reason was my old pants would n't keep me dry on a stormy day. The very first day they were put to a test with a mix of rain and snow. They passed with flying colors and now I am staying dry even in challenging weather. The fit is very loose.

[ These are form fitting while being flexible. All my bibs in the past have had trash can legs and these give you enough room to layer based on temp while still being slim enough to make you feel fast and not like you have parachutes on your legs.

Straight forward wind breaker pants with some added insulation. Packs a lot of warmth for not being baggy and hugs tighter to the leg without being constricting or feeling like running tights, this allows you to layer thermals underneath it for the really cold runs. I found it perfect for winter and spring runs and will buy some again if I ever wear these ones out.
5
Jaymilz
I bought this a few weeks ago and these are my fave pants ever. Baltimore has been unseasonably cold and these have been my go to for walking or running with my dog everyday. If I ’ m going slow I ’ ll wear fleece pants. But if I ’ m moving these keep me warm and help me flow.

This is my second pair of these pants. I think they are great. I use them all winter on mountain treks. Very comfortable and when it gets colder, I just layer with my merino wool underneath. I 'm 5- 7 '' and weigh 160#. And the mediums fit great.

Predominantly a cold weather running pant, though I have used it for nordic skiing as well. These pants are awesome. Great baggier fit for people with larger muscular legs. I ’ m 6 ’ 2 or 188cm and I got a L regular. Slightly long but nothing a belt can ’ t help. I took them on a mountaineering adventure snowshoeing through knee to waist deep snow without getting even a drop wet. Incredible breathability, stretch, and comfort. I love the color too! One of the best mountaineering pants you can get- durable, breathable, and yet still warm at any altitude. These are my go- to pants for many PNW mountain treks( Mt Adams, Middle Sister, Mt. Hood, etc). The fit is fairly true- to- size, but I would have expected a bit more stretch in the waist. I 'm usually a 32 in most clothing, and M's feel a bit tight. There's plenty of stretch in the legs which makes for easily climbing, but the waist can definitely be a bit annoying. It's not enough to take away from how great these are, but something to consider if you 're on the border of sizes.

I use these pants when hiking and camping in cold/damp weather. The fleece liner feels so comfy against the legs, and the outer shell is durable. These pants are extremely flattering, but I am not a curvy girl... I 'm more straight- shaped. I could see why a curvy figure would have some issues with the waistband. I am in the outdoors all the time for work, and these are a go- to pair for me in the colder and shoulder months. I will be buying more.

[ I was really surprised how warm these kept my legs! Wear these over jeans or thermals and have n't been cold at all, and it was- 10 today. Pros: Fit, style and detail is superb! Warm and protective Cons: The fleece lining can get hung up on whatever they 're going over, mainly when taking them off. A minor inconvenience They are very expensive Absolutely worth it for me, I have used them almost everyday this winter and stayed warm without sacrificing any movement, or hearing a constant swishing noise!

TreeHugger312
These are great pants! Just the right amount of lining for me in Chicago winter when it's cold out- keep in mind I generally run warm, but this helps me avoid wearing leggings/long underwear on the real cool days. Zippers are well designed and I like the phone pocket on the right leg. Sizing, for me, seems about right. No complaints whatsoever!
