Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

[ The Shock Doctor Compression Hockey Pant with BioFlex Cup is an exceptional piece of gear that balances comfort, protection, and performance seamlessly. The four- way stretch fabric and moisture- wicking design ensure you ’ re dry and comfortable throughout intense games, while the ventilated mesh zones offer enhanced breathability where it ’s needed most. However, the true highlight of this product lies in its BioFlex Cup. Designed to safeguard your most sensitive areas without hindering your movement, this cup is nothing short of lifesaving. Speaking from personal experience, it provided crucial protection during a particularly brutal play when a stray puck threatened a far- too- sensitive area. Let ’s just say the BioFlex Cup ensured that I walked away unharmed — sparing me from what could have been a rather catastrophic and indescribably painful incident. The cup ’s integration with the Core Flex Pocket ensures it stays firmly in place without discomfort, allowing for complete focus on the game. Beyond its safety features, the pant ’s design is sleek, durable, and reliable, making it a must- have for any hockey player.

sksimracing_710917
[ I received the Shock Doctor Compression Hockey Pants at no cost in exchange for my review. The Shock Doctor Compression Hockey Pants with Bioflex Cup are a top- tier choice for hockey players who prioritize protection without sacrificing comfort. Here ’s my breakdown: Fit: These pants offer an excellent compression fit that feels snug without being restrictive. The design contours perfectly to the body, ensuring no loose material interferes with mobility on the ice. The waistband sits securely without digging in, even during intense play. Protection: The integrated Bioflex Cup is a standout feature. It provides solid protection in high- impact areas while maintaining a low- profile design, so it doesn ’ t feel bulky. The cup stays in place thanks to the secure cup pocket, offering confidence during every shift. Durability: Built with high- quality materials, these pants withstand the rigors of regular use. The stitching is reinforced, and the fabric resists wear and tear, even after multiple washes and seasons of play. They hold up well against the abrasions and impacts typical of hockey. Breathability: One of the highlights is the breathable fabric. Even during long, intense games, these pants do an excellent job of wicking away sweat and keeping you cool. The ventilation zones are strategically placed, ensuring maximum airflow without compromising protection. Comfort: Shock Doctor nailed the balance between compression and comfort. The pants are soft against the skin, with no chafing or irritation, even after hours of use. The lightweight design allows for a full range of motion, making them feel like a natural extension of your body. Overall: The Shock Doctor Compression Hockey Pants with Bioflex Cup combine superior protection, durability, and comfort in a well- ventilated design. Whether you ’ re a seasoned pro or a recreational player, these pants are an investment worth making for reliable, high- performance gear.

[ I love burton snow pants! They 're some what insulated, so they kept me pretty warm. They fit great and I was able to order the petite size so the length was perfect. Adjustable waist is convenient. Loose, but still slim fitting. I 'm usually a size 2 and I ordered a 2 Petite.

[ I bought these pants a few months ago and was able to wear them skiing a few times before the weather warmed up too much, and the performance was awesome. The elastic waistband helped the pants fit perfectly, and the legs were roomy enough to move around and not feel to snug or pull without looking or feeling too baggy. The legs were also big enough to fit over my boots which was a huge plus I was looking for. The material is durable so I do n't fear ripping them, but not too thick that I overheated. Love these and recommend them to anyone looking for a great pair of pants for the slopes.

Sihan
The ski pants is true to the size for very slim fit; I 'm 5'11 '', 140lbs, and I can fit a medium weight base layer legging into M size( if you stature is about the same, do n't go for L, it 'll be way too loose, almost like regular/goofy fit). The material is also fairly stretchy, unlike some more waterproof/hardcore surface. It's not insulated with down/etc. but it has an inner fleece and is relatively warm. The design is really good, if you are looking for something flattering and can show off your leg.
5
Momoftwinadoes
I love the fit on these pants! I am a size 6- 8 and the M fits perfect! I like them more snug because they are more flattering& I do not feel like a marshmallow. These are warmer than my North Face snoga pant and just as flattering. I can wear a think wool layer underneath on cold days. I find Roxy brand to run on the smaller size, so size up if you are unsure. I would say they are a juniors sizing not ladies. I personally like the high waist& elastic waistband for curvy figures- it keeps the snow out if you take a tumble.
5
Yogamom
[ It is really difficult to find ski pants which actually reach the waistline. I prefer a high waist because I like to be warm. I also find them flattering. So I kept these although their inseam measures 33 ”. This is “ tall ”, but doesnt matter over ski boots.

I bought these pants to go with the Roxy Snow pop jacket that has this pink color in it. They are a great match. These pants do run small. I wear a size 6 and I bought a medium and they are snug. They are warm and water proof. They are 15K rated and waterproof gortex. As long as I keep them clean I will have them forever. I love the high waist. Was not sure if i wanted the pants or ski bibs but the high waist keeps snow out and ski bibs would be a hassle to take on and off to go to the bathroom where the pants just unzip. They are more slenderizing than most ski pants so I like that too! They were crazy expensive so I hope they last!

Just light enough and just warm enough- I love these bibs. The bibs are so comfortable, move well with me, and fit I 'd say nearly all shapes- as you do n't have to have the waistband size just right. No snow or cold at my waist band, or cutting into my gut when knees come up. The price point is reasonable and good value. Function and fashion.( I now have two colors and alternate with jackets.) Leg zips to open when hiking or warm; lined and space for underlayers on brutal cold days. The long side- zip allows keeping the shoulders on while I use the toilet. In the front pocket, I can store the phone and anything else needed; it has a zip close and an internal mesh sleeve. The cuffs have a cinch so I do n't trash the pant hem, dragging on the ground. I am 66 '' tall, abut a size 6 and wear the size small- it could certainly fit a taller person too, with plenty of space in the elastic shoulder straps( and cuffs).

I hear a lot of reviews saying they are roomy in the butt and thighs… a dream for big butted adventurers like me! I typically struggle with adventure gear only working for athletic builds, but these fit great! I have a big waist to hip difference and there is a cinch to help keep the waist tight. The rise is great, goes up to my belly button. I got a size large so they wouldn ’ t be tight in the butt or thighs and they drape beautifully, with plenty of room for base layers. If you ’ re a curvy gal these are for you!

I purchased these for a trip to Finland next January. I love the fit and feel of these pants, They are lightweight and stretchy, which will allow for ease of movement. Also, for traveling, they fit into a small packing cube. I think they will be excellent as a midlayer in Finland's winter temperatures. [ These side- zip rain pants fir true to size over my hiking pants in the summer, and over my cross country ski softshell pants in the winter season, which gives them great versatility for year round use. The fabric sheds rain and snow, yet breathes well enough to make them acceptable as lightwt. winter shell pants. The full side zips let me take them on and off without having to remove hiking boots, or take off my XC skis, and the weight is so minimal as to always carry them in the pack when not in use.

They fit me perfectly. I am 5' 4 '' and 130 lbs and a size small fits great. The pockets are so convenient for anything. the reinforced ankle areas make me confident they will last a long time. I ordered 2 more pairs.

This is my second time purchasing these pants. I bought my original pair for a trip to Everest in 2021 and I wore them for weeks straight. They have great stretch, and I loved the adjustable waist and venting in particular as I tend to run hot. We had many days of cold rain on the way up and these pants kept me warm the whole time.( paired with lightweight base layer leggings). The inner leg protection for the boots is rugged and I agree with others that details such as the many zipper pockets made these pants an excellent value. These are my go- to winter hiking pants in cold- weather conditions. You will not be disappointed with these pants.
5
Chelsy
I absolutely love these pants when guiding out on trips in the winter. Along with wearing them for long winter hikes. The adjustable waist Velcro is a huge win in my book since most pant waists do n't fit me properly. A few other features I love on these pants in the boot lace hook, the brush guard on the ankle, and the zip close pockets. This is my second pair and they hold up so well, highly recommend them!
