Used these gloves for 1 day between 14 and 28 deg F with windgusts and snow machines on making icy and windy conditions for a much lower feels like temp. First off, the GoreTex in these gloves holds up to its reputation, the ice/snow from the snow machines stuck to everything and ev eventually would melt but my gloves on the inside didnt feel wet at all even once. Wore these without the liner and they are comfortable, but not that warm. My hands were cold but not super uncomfortably cold by lunch without the liner in. Put the liner in after going back out and it made a world of difference. My hands stayed warm the rest of the day even after the sun went down and temperature dropped significantly. After a full day of use on the slopes carrying ski poles most of the time, there is no sign of any use on these gloves and i am hopeful they keep holding up for me. They were fairly expensive at full price, but seem to be worth it so far.

I have used these for the last 3 snow shoveling events and they are great. They came with glove liners which, although not easy to get on, kept my hands warm on a day with below zero windchills. I have also used them without the liners on days that were somewhat warmer and they still kept my hands warm and dry. Probably my favourite fleece. I own two. My first in dark olive is about 5 years old stood up well through outdoors work and chores got a bit bobbled but I gave it a shave not long ago and it looks as good as new. Second is a Navy one bout a year old I save for best. No bobbling or damage looks great both wash well and have good warmth. I Keep checking back for a black one but to no avail.

[ Purchased this after my favorite KUHL jacket of a similar design gave it up…pilled, zippers tore, etc. Anyway, bought the Fjallraven a size smaller to be more form fitting and as a warm solo in just cool weather and under layer when cold. I ’ m 5 ’ 11 ” and 185. This jacket is now my favorite. Tighter weave, no pilling expected, warmer and a great fit. Yeh, the zippers aren ’ t great but they won ’ t snag due to they are protected with flaps(?). Plus there are cinches in the side pockets. Not sure how they work but we ’ ll see.

I ’ m about 41- 42 ” hips, and the pants definitely fit on the bigger side: adjustable tabs as tight as they get, and still easily go over jeans or multiple layers with plenty extra room. This product deserves 5 stars due to its overall ability to provide heat for so long and how compact batteries are in the gloves. Now the only downside is that the batteries require 3- 7hrs of time to charge fully when depleted which means needing to charge them at night or you 'll be out of luck.
