I do not quite understand the concern of the other reviewer. Don ’ t be put off. Because I also have a 30 ” inseam, however find these rain pants to be no issue whatsoever as they feature a draw cord adjustment at the bottom. Therefore they can be cinched tightly around the ankle, making them a perfect fit. In terms of performance, they are excellent. I got a size XS and have a 29 ” waist, and thanks to the adjustment options, they can be worn either over the top of my thick vidda pros, or a smaller base layer. They breathe really well, and keep the rain out, and you nice and warm. These will last a lifetime. If you only want one pair of rain pants, these are hard to beat.

[ Bought the Eco Shell to use over the standard Keb trousers in wet and/or snowy conditions. Plenty of room over the trousers for layering purposes. Nice high waist and tapered leg for full coverage in lousy weather. Normally wear a Keb/Vidda Pro in size S and the Evo Shell are perfect with the same sizing. Quiet fabric compared to Goretex Pro trousers I have from another manufacturer but equally as tough and weather resistant.

[ Fit: I 'm 6' 2 '', 165lbs. I usually wear a 32 '' x34 '' pant. I bought a size Medium in the Keb Eco Shell Trouser, and they fit like a 34 '' x34 '' pant. The velcro adjustment at the waist, and the included belt, allow for a comfortable fit( FYI: there are two sets of belt loops:( 1) narrow loops for the supplied belt; and( 2) loops that overlay the first set and accommodate a standard width belt). Performance: I 've worn these on several day hikes in varying winter conditions throughout the Cascades in temps from the 20s to the low 50s. They 're comfortable, very breathable, have excellent mobility when negotiating steep terrain, and kept me warm and completely dry during soaking rains, downpours, and snow. The drawstring at the end of the legs secure the pant over my boots and kept out water, snow and mud so well that I have n't donned my leg gaiters since buying these shell pants. They 've held up well to underbrush, but the shell fabric showed abrasion and slight tearing around the knee when I took a spill on scree. While the Cordura inner legs are burly, I would be hesitant to use these shell pants for any activity other than hiking, backpacking, or for crampon use during snow/ice walking.

I have had Burton covert and cargo pants for years because it was what I thought was good. These 686 pants are waaaayyyy better in every way. I always wear XL and that is what I ordered knowing the reviews all say they run big, which they do, but I wanted a baggy fit. I use impact shorts and knee/shin guards when I ride. Just light enough and just warm enough- I love these bibs. The bibs are so comfortable, move well with me, and fit I 'd say nearly all shapes- as you do n't have to have the waistband size just right. No snow or cold at my waist band, or cutting into my gut when knees come up. The price point is reasonable and good value. Function and fashion.( I now have two colors and alternate with jackets.) Leg zips to open when hiking or warm; lined and space for underlayers on brutal cold days. The long side- zip allows keeping the shoulders on while I use the toilet. In the front pocket, I can store the phone and anything else needed; it has a zip close and an internal mesh sleeve. The cuffs have a cinch so I do n't trash the pant hem, dragging on the ground. I am 66 '' tall, abut a size 6 and wear the size small- it could certainly fit a taller person too, with plenty of space in the elastic shoulder straps( and cuffs).

Just the right amount of lining for me in Chicago winter when it's cold out- keep in mind I generally run warm, but this helps me avoid wearing leggings/long underwear on the real cool days. The ski pants is true to the size for very slim fit; I 'm 5'11 '', 140lbs, and I can fit a medium weight base layer legging into M size( if you stature is about the same, do n't go for L, it 'll be way too loose, almost like regular/goofy fit). The material is also fairly stretchy, unlike some more waterproof/hardcore surface. It's not insulated with down/etc. but it has an inner fleece and is relatively warm. The design is really good, if you are looking for something flattering and can show off your leg.

I love the fit on these pants! I am a size 6- 8 and the M fits perfect! I like them more snug because they are more flattering& I do not feel like a marshmallow. These are warmer than my North Face snoga pant and just as flattering. I can wear a think wool layer underneath on cold days. I find Roxy brand to run on the smaller size, so size up if you are unsure. I would say they are a juniors sizing not ladies. I personally like the high waist& elastic waistband for curvy figures- it keeps the snow out if you take a tumble.

I bought these pants to go with the Roxy Snow pop jacket that has this pink color in it. They are a great match. These pants do run small. I wear a size 6 and I bought a medium and they are snug. They are warm and water proof. They are 15K rated and waterproof gortex. As long as I keep them clean I will have them forever. I love the high waist. Was not sure if i wanted the pants or ski bibs but the high waist keeps snow out and ski bibs would be a hassle to take on and off to go to the bathroom where the pants just unzip. They are more slenderizing than most ski pants so I like that too! They were crazy expensive so I hope they last!
