My daughter has very particular feet and soccer shoes tend to be narrow for her. We were able to put her shoe inserts in these and it was a comfortable fit. They are a thicker material vs her last pair that were adidas and more of a soft mesh style. So that may take getting used to if you are used to a bendy style but these are a great shoe. These are the most comfortable cleats I 've found in years! I use them for ultimate frisbee with a lot of change of direction. The first 5 minutes of wearing them it felt like my foot was maybe sliding over the sole with lateral change of direction, but after 5 minutes of getting used to them I did n't have anymore issues. They 're not too loose, they 're not too tight, feels like I 'm wearing really comfortable socks with a good firm base. Historically I 've been a women's size 8, my feet may have grown a little recently because I 've been having a lot of trouble finding cleats that fit right in other brands/models, but I went with the womens 8. 5/mens 8. 0 and it was perfect.
