[ Ok, I LOVE this mat!!! It's very soft and long! The cushion is a lil thick which gives you the support and softness you need but still firm enough for you to workout on. My daughter plays soccer and some times my boys bring it to sit on during the soccer games. I 'm 5 '' 8 and I have plenty of room on this mat! I would most definitely recommend this product!

[ When opening the yoga mat I noticed that it had no odor. Alot of times mats have a chemical odor. I was pleased this does not. I use it for HIIT workouts, yoga and pilates. It is non slip and is very protective on a hard floor. Highly recommend.

I just started yoga twice a week. Mat is light enough when I 'm carrying it. It does n't slip on the floor during class, comfy, my knees do n't hurt. My instructor advised to hand it unrolled for a few days, and that foam smell vanished. I 'm very satisfied.

Bought a thicker yoga mat so that it would be more gentle on my back. This mat is comfortable but very functional and didn ’ t offgas, which many yoga mats I have purchased did. Good value.
