So, I decided I needed a new yoga mat because the one I had was too thick and therefore not easy to carry around. I saw this kit and I thought it was a great price for everything that it came with( but to be honest, I bought the kit for the yoga mat print that I wanted because I already have a strap and the blocks). What a great product! I really do n't understand why people complain that the mat is too slippery. There were times in class, in balance poses that required me to take a foot from the mat that it was actually `` challenging '' to make the mat unstick from my foot, seriously! If I could suggest something, it would be to have two blocks as part of the kit instead of just one considering that many beginner poses that require inversions or balancing might need two blocks instead of just one. But aside from that, I wish I knew about the kit before I purchased my other yoga stuff.

This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Also, it has a great grip for positions when you press hard with hands and feet. It is long enough for me to fit laying down and it is n't that heavy. [ Ok, I LOVE this mat!!! It's very soft and long! The cushion is a lil thick which gives you the support and softness you need but still firm enough for you to workout on. My daughter plays soccer and some times my boys bring it to sit on during the soccer games. I 'm 5 '' 8 and I have plenty of room on this mat! I would most definitely recommend this product!

I needed a heavy duty solid vinyl mat for under my elliptical. I had one for years that was described as heavy duty vinyl, but also had a foam component. Well, my kitten learned he could bite chunks out of the foamy top layer. It was hard to tell from product descriptions which ones were solid and which had a foam component. Rest assured, this one is solid and ca n't be punctured by claws and teeth. Perfect for under the exercise equipment too of course!

That weak dude
I ’ ve had these for 3 years in my basement for my rack and are durable to an extent. I wouldn ’ t recommend slamming 45+ pound dumbbells on them unless they are rubber. Doing deadlifts 225+ pounds is fine but I would say support it with shock tiles. I would recommend sweeping or vacuum it often since it ’s common sense to keep the floors clean. I haven ’ t had much problems with them besides the strong odors but that ’s what RUBBER smells like when it ’s still fresh. Matter of fact, that ’s what a gym smells like. Overall, best mats I ’ ve used so far.

I got the yoga Mat towel because I found the mat I had was hard to keep clean and saw that these could be washed. It is beautifully colored. Easy to carry and to put in place when ready to use. It is easy to store and the best part is that it washes. I do not have a dryer and it does line dry well. It came out perfect and ready for use again.
