Have had a Manduka ProLite mat for…10 years! That ’s incredible, it really is. Problem is, I ’ m a sweater when I work out. I would slip and slide all over my old mat. Upon discovering rubber mats, I went to Dicks and was surprised that my local store only carried the Calia brand in general for yoga. Fortunately they had a great display of unfolded mats, and I was able to feel and see the selection. This one caught me, I LOVED the texture. Well, it works, and amazingly at that! LEAGUES above the ProLite in terms of grip. Now, I do find I still slightly slip when I ’ m overly sweating( and this will be right at the end of an hour hard workout mind you). But overall I am in love with this mat and have used it daily for 3 months. Highly, highly recommend. Other brands with this design charge more and it feels like the same thing.

I ordered the Manduka Prolite( 5. 0mm), the Jade Yoga Fusion( 7. 9mm) and the Jade Yoga Harmony( 4. 7mm) mats. Spending this much on a mat I wanted to make sure I would be happy with what I ended up with. No doubt this is the best mat for me. The mat is heavier than the others but there is no slippage and the extra cushion for my knees makes it the best choice above others. For the record, I would have chosen the Jade Harmony over the Manduka Prolite if the choice was limited to one or the other of those two.

I 've been using this mat for a little over a week and I love it! I experienced a little bit of slippage during the first use or two but after a few wipe downs with a damp rag and continued use, I have n't really had any other problems. Bought this to use as an exercise mat for when I workout at my apartment or local rec center. It does its job very well, and the cushioning is surprisingly effective despite being only 5mm thick. The mat also does a good job at gripping the floor.

I recommend the mat because it is high quality and very comfortable. This makes up for the cons. I sweat and it does NOT handle this well. It becomes slippery. It also makes suction noises after rising from a lying down pose. I wonder if others in the class think the noise sounds like one of our natural body functions.

I 'm fairly new to yoga, but have been through 3 yoga mats before this. Either they did not stick to the floor. or my hands would slip, or they would even shed. This mat is perfect. It is long enough, does not slip, I am able to hold poses. Well worth the spend.

I love this mat. So grippy and supportive. As someone who is fairly bony I ’ ve had a lot of issues finding a mat I like that I can spend time on my knees or other bony joints. This mat allowed me to get through an entire practice with no pain, even when placed directly on my hardwood floors. It ’s cushy yet very supportive. My only complaint is that the material attracts EVERYTHING. After my practice I can see every hair, piece of lint, dust and everywhere my dry winter skin touched the mat. But hey it ’s worth wiping off every time anyway, just never have seen what gets left behind on the mat every time.

took my comfort lite mat out to the rockies in august this year and had surprisingly great sleep on this thing. when its nice and full it keeps my hips off the ground which is new for me. spent 4 nights on the ct and was warm and cozy. the pump sac makes it easy to inflate the mat and my aeros xl pillow. i would love a discount code to grab the spark quilt with a liner:) durability is a concern with how lightweight it is but if i can get 2 seasons and a total of 30 nights with it i will be happy with the money spent

I always like to wait until I 've used items like this multiple times before I write a review so I can be sure to really road test it. When I first received these sleeping pads, I was leery about how thin and lightweight the material was and was concerned they would puncture easily or otherwise be fragile, and I was also concerned they would n't be as comfortable as my older( and more bulky) pads. I have now used them on several backpacking and car camping trips and have found they are totally durable and are without a doubt the most comfortable pads I have ever slept on. It is amazing how light they are and how small they are when stowed and I am absolutely amazed with how comfortable they are- I 'm in my late 50's and have used lots of pads over the years and these are the best. I could n't be more pleased. I really like how the pillow attaches to the pad and I like how I can fill them up with the stuff sack, although it is a bit challenging to get the stuff sack to open up fully so it is full of air for filling purposes... only a minor thing but the one aspect I 'd suggest they work on improving for those times it's really cold or otherwise you want to fill up the pad quickly.
