[ I was a little concerned that I would never wear this. However, this has become my new go to cover up after hot yoga or when coming inside for a run. I prefer to wear it unbuttoned over my workout top or sportsbra. It doesn ’ t make me hot but protects me from the blowing air conditioner when I ’ m sweaty. A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. It feels great on but the sound reminds me of the old “ swishy ” track suits. It does run a little over sized I usually wear a small, and this small feels like I could wear this as a bathing suit cover up in the summer.

The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. Fits exactly as described…I went up a size to get a slightly looser feel( I wear these tops for MMA and HIIT). Shoulder construction allows you to move with no binding/pinching.
