After thinking about this purchase carefully, I decided to purchase this jacket while on sale. I do n't think it's worth the full price( the brand name I 'm sure factors into the higher price point), but so far I 've worn it over and over again. I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

[ I ’ m 5 ’ 2 ” with prominent mid- section so I ordered L based on the sizing guide. The fit and jacket length is perfect for me. However, the sleeves are quite long but 1 fold fixes the problem. It ’s of very soft, light weight material. The color is as beautifully pictured online. I find the flap over the pockets a bit inconviniencing but I think that ’s helpful to deter pickpocketing. As the material is soft& light weight, when I place my iphone 11 in it, you can see the weight of the phone pulling that side of the jacket down. I ’ ve used it in light rain already. It did what it ’s supposed to do. I think even in a heavy downpour, it won ’ t disappoint. I used the hood without needing to pull the strings& it sat on my head without a fight. This rain coat will be good for spring, fall, and Europe weather in November/December. Overall, I love this rain jacket. I fell in love with it at first sight& more after I tried it on.
