It was also very warm and cozy while I was running errands in the cool LA winter weather. The material was very soft. I really appreciate the retro look and the classic black and white color combo, which makes this sweater really versatile and easy to match with pretty much anything in your closet. I wore my Nike sweater with a pair of leggings and kept it simple. The only thing I would suggest changing/adding is the same black and white stripes to the bottom of the sweater. I think this would add some more flare and accentuate the retro look more vs. just being black on the bottom. But that ’s not a dealbreaker for me. If you have the bottom zipped- it still gives you a form fitting hemline. I ’ m 5 ’ 2 ” and got a small. So cute it ’s super comfy, soft and fits a little oversized, around the wrist fits tighter more fitted and the arm area has the baggy fit to it. I bought the light orewood brown/sail and I love it in the picture it looks more bone white but in person it ’s more creamy oatmeal tan which I love it ’s what I wanted it to look like. [ I 've had Nike garments in the past that did n't quite work for my plus size body. But this sweatshirt? Perfection! The shoulders are perfect- no funny pattern grading, that lazily assumes that plus sized people are bigger everywhere. We 're not. Our shoulders seams need to be in the same spot as a thinner persons. The generous cut through the torso is loose enough to skim curves, but close fitted enough to give a shape. The high low hem is trendy and flattering, even with a thick tummy. I love how soft the material is, even after multiple washings. Shape stayed the same, too! No strange shrinkage! I even got a bit of cooking oil on it and it washed out beautifully. I 've worn it with jeans, joggers, and leggings- so versatile! Over all, this is a solid piece. 100/10 would recommend.
