[ I was a little concerned that I would never wear this. However, this has become my new go to cover up after hot yoga or when coming inside for a run. I prefer to wear it unbuttoned over my workout top or sportsbra. It doesn ’ t make me hot but protects me from the blowing air conditioner when I ’ m sweaty. A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. It feels great on but the sound reminds me of the old “ swishy ” track suits. It does run a little over sized I usually wear a small, and this small feels like I could wear this as a bathing suit cover up in the summer.

I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

It was also very warm and cozy while I was running errands in the cool LA winter weather. The material was very soft. I wore my Nike sweater with a pair of leggings and kept it simple. The only thing I would suggest changing/adding is the same black and white stripes to the bottom of the sweater. Found this shirt to be the best one yet. It is not quite as thick as fleece but thicker then a t shirt. Super soft material, lightweight makes it perfect for a pre lift warm up top.
