Bought this for my Son and he absolutely loves it. Everytime we go to the beach he has to wear his wetsuit even if it ’s too warm.

I started teaching swim lessons this winter at my local rec center. After hours in the pool, I felt frozen. I bought this wetsuit mainly because it was cheap and I was desperate, but it ’s been just fantastic!! Keeps me warm, lovely and thick, attractive and well made. The zipper in the front makes it easier to remove and no fear of the zip breaking this century, it ’s an industrial sized zipper!! Well worth every penny. When this suit wears out, I ’ ll be getting a duplicate from Cressi.

Bought this Wetsuit for my girlfriend for snorkeling here in Maui during the winter months. It really has extended her stay in the water from a comfortable 30 minutes and getting cold to not getting cold for hours. A beautiful suit and the front zipper was huge in my decision to purchase. The quality so far is great, the zipper large and smooth operating, easy to get in and out of. Honestly, she never wants a rear zipper unit again, as I always had to help her out of it. We get out about every weekend and this has been a great purchase.

There were numerous reviews saying it ran small so I ordered a large. It was way to big. So I would say it runs true to size. I am 5. 7, 130lbs and a medium was perfect.

When selecting an open water swim suit, consider features such as insulation, flexibility, and buoyancy. A suit with good thermal protection is essential for colder waters, while flexibility allows for a full range of motion during swimming. Additionally, buoyancy can help improve your swimming efficiency and comfort in open water.
Open water swim suits are typically made from neoprene, which provides insulation and buoyancy. Some suits may also incorporate other materials for added stretch and comfort. It's important to choose a suit that balances warmth with flexibility to enhance your swimming experience.
Choosing the right size for an open water swim suit involves measuring your body and referring to the manufacturer's sizing chart. A well-fitting suit should feel snug without being restrictive, allowing for comfortable movement. Pay attention to the fit around the shoulders, chest, and waist to ensure optimal performance.
Yes, there are different styles of open water swim suits designed for various water temperatures and conditions. For warmer waters, you might opt for a thinner suit or a spring suit, while thicker suits provide better insulation for colder environments. Additionally, some suits are designed specifically for competitive swimming, offering streamlined designs for speed.
Using an open water swim suit offers several benefits, including improved thermal protection, buoyancy, and hydrodynamics. The suit helps maintain body temperature in cooler waters, while the buoyancy can enhance your swimming efficiency. Additionally, many suits are designed to reduce drag, allowing for faster swimming in open water.
Open water swim suits can often be used for other water activities such as surfing, kayaking, or paddleboarding, depending on the suit's design and thickness. However, it's important to consider the specific requirements of each activity, as some suits may be better suited for certain conditions or movements. Always check the suit's specifications to ensure it meets your needs for various water sports.
