I did n't know they made a grey one!! Sweet I 'll be buying one soon. I love this product. I wear a petzl strato helmet for tree work, and a Stihl Advance for ground work. The strato is a buckled bike style safety helmet and Stihl is a hard hat type helmet. The `` ninja' mask as I call works with both helmets. I also wear it under my baseball hats. This is my favorite winter work accessory. It makes those freezing cold mornings not suck so much. One of the best features is that it quickly dries. I throw mine on my dash and after a ten minute trip to a different job site it's dry and ready to wear again.

I got this hat because the brim is slightly smaller than my full on sun hat, so it ’s not as awkward to wear in the car or indoors, but still provides a good amount of sun protection. I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. It does seem to run a little small compared to my other hats of the same size, so if you ’ re in between sizes, probably best to size up. Oh, and the sunglasses holder is awesome! After having them in a couple of sun hats, I would never want to buy one without.

I wanted something more stylish when seeking this hat and love the color choices. I also need a hat that does n't have the brim flap up( as I walk much less in wind). I spent an afternoon( decent wind for kites and for me to notice) on Lake Michigan yesterday, and the brim did n't flap!

[ This is still my favorite hat and has been for 10+ years. I have 4 of them in different colors for working outside on my farm, trail running, hiking and just going out. They never get smelly, i wash and hang dry( less frequently than i probably should) and they hold up to quite a bit of abuse. Very packable and keeps me warm even when soaked through. I love this hat!

I bought this several years ago and did n't wear it much because I was so attached to another Sunday Afternoons hat I had. Finally the old hat wore out after so many washings and I started wearing my Sunset Hat, and am still wearing it. I love it! The wire around the brim helps to keep its shape, although I put my hats all to the test-- I wear them hard. But they last!

Lightweight, great coverage, looks good as it fits actual head shape vs stiff shape. I was debating between s/m and l/xl as I 'm in the middle. Went with s/m as it can stretch a bit. Could have gone either way.

Hat is packable, lightweight, and had the best face and neck coverage of any I found. Also has a drawstring to keep it on. I haven ’ t used it yet but I know it will do what it ’s designed to and protect you from the sun. This is going to be my go to hat for kayaking. I ’ ll probably look a bit silly but I don ’ t care because I want to protect my skin and that ’s the main goal here with this hat.

Stays on head. Brim does n't flip up in the wind. Provides more shade than a ball cap. I needed something like a visor, but with fabric on top, because my broad- brimmed hats hit my pack when I 'm backpacking.

I love boonie hats, but the Sport Hat can keep out all angles of sunlight. It is feathery light on your head, but it is still rugged. This is my third one as others finally wore out or got damaged. This hat will stay in place in a strong wind if you cinch down the chin strap. I wear it kayaking on big expanses of water with no wind break. The L/XL hat fit me well. I hope that Sunday Afternoons keeps selling these hats forever.

This is the second hat in this style that I have purchased. The first one I ’ ve worn for hiking, water aerobics, walking and general use. The fit is adjustable and air vents help in hot tropical weather. The material is lightweight and easy to clean plus the cap bill is foldable which is great for travel. Bought this one to replace old one that was blue and has traveled around the world with me. Love how light and compact it can be when not wearing it and how you can expand it for wearing to keep sun off your face and neck. Only reason I have to replace old one after 12+ years is because of the metal in the outer part finally snapped in few spots. So outer part does not hold shape as well especially in wind. Mind you I washed it with similar color clothes probably once or wove a year( which might not have been recommended) and would fold it over twice to fit in top of back back on travel days in airports and buses. I ’ m just happy I still had tag on old hat to find company to buy this new one. The old one I will still wear around house doing yard work. Needless to say after buying several different hats this if my favorite one for spring, summer, and fall. Thank you for this wonderful design that stands up to my abuse and keeps looking great.

Hat is very useful. I have used for desert hiking in Arizona/utah and while hiking the 500 mile Camino Frances across Spain in late summer heat. It provided needed shade and was very comfortable, in addition, I have received positive comments on appearance from passersby. I bought a second hat to avoid disappointment of unavailability in future years.

I obtained my hat in a bit different way, it washed up on our beach. Someone on a boat is missing it greatly. I had been wearing Tiiley hats but I like this one much better. The brim is stiffer which is a great benefit out sailing on breezy days. The adjustable band allows fitting the hat perfectly. The narrower venting along the top keeps it cool while keeping the sun out. And the material holds up very well.
