I did n't know they made a grey one!! Sweet I 'll be buying one soon. I love this product. I wear a petzl strato helmet for tree work, and a Stihl Advance for ground work. The strato is a buckled bike style safety helmet and Stihl is a hard hat type helmet. The `` ninja' mask as I call works with both helmets. I also wear it under my baseball hats. This is my favorite winter work accessory. It makes those freezing cold mornings not suck so much. One of the best features is that it quickly dries. I throw mine on my dash and after a ten minute trip to a different job site it's dry and ready to wear again.

I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. [ This is still my favorite hat and has been for 10+ years. I have 4 of them in different colors for working outside on my farm, trail running, hiking and just going out. They never get smelly, i wash and hang dry( less frequently than i probably should) and they hold up to quite a bit of abuse. Very packable and keeps me warm even when soaked through. I love this hat!

This is the best hat I have ever found for hiking in Wyoming. The brim is large and the hat is light and cool. The neck shade is excellent for sun protection in high altitude.

Pros: the wicking sweatband works great, super lightweight, doesn ’ t add unnecessary heat, works great to block the sun, packs easily and small Cons: strap isn ’ t removable and with a tight fitting crown you can ’ t really tuck it inside, the sun flap is noisy in the wind so maybe a heavy strip of fabric down the middle to solve that?

I think this is a fantastic hat. I have tried many others over the years and this sun hat is the best yet. It gives excellent coverage, it is very lightweight and easily packable. It is adjustable which really helps for correct fit. I really like the strap to keep it from blowing off on windy days. I highly recommend this hat.

Stays on head. Brim does n't flip up in the wind. Provides more shade than a ball cap. I needed something like a visor, but with fabric on top, because my broad- brimmed hats hit my pack when I 'm backpacking.

I love boonie hats, but the Sport Hat can keep out all angles of sunlight. It is feathery light on your head, but it is still rugged. This is my third one as others finally wore out or got damaged. This hat will stay in place in a strong wind if you cinch down the chin strap. I wear it kayaking on big expanses of water with no wind break. The L/XL hat fit me well. I hope that Sunday Afternoons keeps selling these hats forever.

This is the second hat in this style that I have purchased. The first one I ’ ve worn for hiking, water aerobics, walking and general use. The fit is adjustable and air vents help in hot tropical weather. The material is lightweight and easy to clean plus the cap bill is foldable which is great for travel. I have received many compliments also. I have these hats in white and blue. Bought a second one as a backup while traveling. Highly recommend this hat, a favorite! Bought this one to replace old one that was blue and has traveled around the world with me. Love how light and compact it can be when not wearing it and how you can expand it for wearing to keep sun off your face and neck. Only reason I have to replace old one after 12+ years is because of the metal in the outer part finally snapped in few spots. So outer part does not hold shape as well especially in wind. Mind you I washed it with similar color clothes probably once or wove a year( which might not have been recommended) and would fold it over twice to fit in top of back back on travel days in airports and buses. I ’ m just happy I still had tag on old hat to find company to buy this new one. The old one I will still wear around house doing yard work. Needless to say after buying several different hats this if my favorite one for spring, summer, and fall. Thank you for this wonderful design that stands up to my abuse and keeps looking great.
