This is my favorite workout top. I literally own it in 6 different colors. I am usually a large but sized up to the XL for a perfect fit. Very breathable, perfect cropped length and holds in sweat. I usually wear mine with high waisted joggers, sweats or leggings. I will say pay attention to how you wash it( I wash on delicate and hang dry) If you dry in the dryer, it will pill. If I could recommend one workout top from NIKE, this would be it.

[ For context, before this top, I had never owned or worn a cropped top. I 'm a mom of two and now have a little extra weight around my midsection, so I usually choose clothing that covers and does n't cling. I love how crop tops look on others, so I decided to give one a try. As soon as I opened the package, the first thing I noticed was how soft the fabric was. It's a buttery, stretchy material that has a thick feel to it. I put off trying it on for a few days out of fear that I would hate how I looked in it. Once I finally tried it on, I could n't believe that was me in the mirror. The ribbed texture is just enough to smooth my fluff rather than emphasize it. Side note, I love how bright white it is! In my opinion, it looks so clean and luxurious. The top does have a slight pattern of vertical stripes due to the ribbing, which is just enough to elevate it from a basic top to one that could be easily dressed up without looking tacky. Back to the fit... it hits just above my belly button( I 'm 5' 5 '', around 150 lbs. and got my usual size of medium) and gives just a peek of my midsection when I pair it with mid- rise jeans. The thickness of the top does n't cause any discomfort. The fabric is breathable, but that does not prevent it from being see- through, which is a dealbreaker for me. I thought I would end up with a thousand reasons why this top isn ’ t for me, but the only thing about this top that I could think of that I would change is the fit of the sleeves. I love that the length is long enough to control the bit of arm fluff I have because I 'm not as fit as I 'd like to be, but the sleeves could hug a little more closely to avoid the slight ripple at the ends. I wore this shirt all day, and it did not ride up or roll at the bottom once. I 'm excited to see what else I can pair this top with besides jeans because I feel like I 've discovered new technology with it! I will not be afraid to try cropped tops from Nike again. Five stars without a doubt.

[ One of the first things my wife noticed about this cropped tank is it HOLDS ITS SHAPE! Thats huge. A lot of cropped clothing shrinks, pinches, stretches, and is all around bad at reforming shape. This Nike cropped tank does the opposite. It holds it shape. It doesn ’ t pill up, or scrunch. It doesn ’ t roll up. It holds form better than most cropped tanks out there. The material is basic, just ridges or rippled cotton, but it ’s QUALITY. No loose threads. No shrinkage. The small Nike logo is nicely placed. The armpit areas also hold its shape and do well to hide any extra armpit rolls. The neck line is great and doesn ’ t choke you, but still holds tight. After 3 weeks of wear, it still looks and feels brand new. Quality peices like this are great for multi use. It holds up well during working out, and feels comfortable enough for casual wear. Nike made a great tank here. The sizing is a little bit off from the medium we ordered, but nothing too noticable. The color is black but is holding up well after multiple washes. Not much fading. The fabric is really great. Favorite thing is the craftsmanship. This tank will not fall apart on you. It will hold its shape. It feels similar to designer cropped tanks for quarter the price. We will be purchasing more of these in the future. If we had to pick something to change or “ nitpick ” on…it would be the armholes. They ’ re a little big or “ baggy ”. [ This is my go- to base layer for skiing( or any other outdoor cardio activity... if I ever did one). It's form fitting and has great mobility. I always use merino fabric as my base layer since it's' breathable and odor- resistant. This top kept me warm but not overheated in 30 degree weather with a down ski jacket. I prefer to minimize my layers so this top paired with my jacket is all I need in everything but extremely cold or warm skiing weather. It's also stylish and looks good with ski pants on its own for apres!

[ When it comes to the feel of the shirt, it made me question why I have n't gotten one of these sooner. When working out it does n't feel too heavy nor too thin and it was great when breaking out a sweat. It truly felt like a quality shirt to work out in and it made me feel like I looked pretty good in it as well. I know you 're probably reading this thinking `` dude calm down it's just workout gear. '' Honestly I 'm not used to this type of quality with my workout stuff so it feels almost like wearing a breathable silk that handles sweat well. Fabric was perfectly soft and it was n't too thin like I 've seen from other brands. You knew it was n't cheap and I would definitely get more. I loved the way I felt in it. To be honest, I 'm out of shape but something about how it compresses everything made me feel that I can accomplish a lot going forward.

However, staying in my true size, the general feel of the shirt is superb. It is very soft and hugs your body nicely. There are vents on the sides where air can easily pass through and gives more breathability, which is really appreciated during a workout. The shirt is light- weight, very flexible, and a bit thin. But, the material and texture is excellent. Even after a wash, it retains its shape and feel. I also love the simple design in the front, as it ’s not at all flashy. If I had to choose one thing to nitpick, it would be that if you choose to go up a size, the length of the shirt might be a bit long. Going true to size, the length was a tad long but not enough to be a problem. Overall, a very nice shirt and would highly recommend.

[ To be clear- I am not an expert on fabrics or clothing, but this t shirts feels very nice for sure. The fit is not so tight but it fits where it should be. I did go for size S, which I usually go for so I believe this is really true to size too! It is breathable and that definitely makes work out itself more enjoyable. This fabric is not a kind of fabric that is making weird noises, but it is more of soft and smooth fabric, so if you are looking for that kind of one, this is definitely one you can try it on! I would love to get more of these in different colors.

[ I 've been a big fan of Dri Fit for years and this product holds up to that legacy. The fabric at this point is so soft that I forget I 'm wearing training apparel and not a normal shirt. It's form fitting for the size without making you feel suffocated. I wore mine for my workouts in my garage as well as a few outdoor cardio sessions. The material breathes well enough to keep me cool in a stuffy garage but also retained heat well enough to keep my body warm on an outdoor jog. I 'm not a heavy sweater but the wicking did seem to hold up very well during more intense sessions and did n't leave me with a wet sticky shirt like some other options can. The shirt is also simple and comfortable enough to just be thrown on casually and worn while you go about your daily errands. I highly recommend picking up a few of these shirts to keep in both your workout and daily clothing rotations.
