I sized down in these based on reviews. I usually wear a MD pant with Free Fly, but I am glad I sized down. They are `` fitted '' by sizing down, but no uncomfortably. Does not pull with sitting and I can tell they are already relaxing with wear, so I am happy I did size down. I think a MD would end up looking a bit looser than I would like with thise style of pant. I love the Canyon Clay color and the cotton is so soft and comfortable. Another great product from Free Fly!

These pants are awesome for winter outdoor and athletic activities. They are lined and windproof, so you can wear them when it is pretty cool to cold and your legs stay warm. I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house. The extra cargo pockets on the legs are great to put your phone in and they snap so your items are secure, but still easily accessible. The regular pockets all have zippers, so again, everything you put in them stays secure no matter what you are doing.

I have a hard time finding pants long enough for my 33 '' inseam, but these pants are perfect! I 'm 5' 8 '', 140 pounds, with a slim build and the medium fits perfectly. I usually wear long johns or long johns plus another pair of warm pants under these and there is plenty of room. Everything seems to be about the same as my older version except this one has side pockets for my hands and I love that! I mostly wear them for hiking in the rain. Just the right bagginess to be comfy at home, skating, lounging, or running errands. Still a little short in the length for 5 ’ 11 ”, 194, but absolutely loves these and feel blessed to own the navy, khaki/tan, and the black. Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.
