Super easy assembly and set up. Looks to be very high quality. Treadmill is very smooth and quiet! I use it mainly for walking as I 'm not much of a runner. When I do run, I normally run at 45 to 50 miles per hour so this treadmill would probably burn up at those speeds. I 'll just run outside if I want to, but not during fire season as I would hate to create a high speed spark and start a fire.

The handrails add a great sense of security, it moves very slowly, but can be increased when you are ready. We paid the extra `` white glove '' service where it was assembled in our house.( there were many parts, some electrical connections) so I would suggest this. It is truly a fabulous treadmill for people who feel unsteady walking outside, who may be a slower, older walker, or recovering patients. SOOOO glad we spent the money for this! The Body Solid fits this machine. I had seen used at a rehabilitation facility for disabled persons-- Stroke victims, injured etc. My wife( 78) I am( 79) have a use for this machine in our house every day. I was hoping that raising the handle up and down would be with a pin, and having to screw and unscrew it is slightly more tedious, but it's not difficult. I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. As it stands, it gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still having to tweak the walking pad to be able to use it on a consistent basis. Set up was easy. It is quiet and smooth( with the new motor). Would recommend!

The modes and programs are easy to adjust and the controls located on both the hand rests and the large display. It is not too heavy to move around and I do like the auto incline feature. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I have had the Asuna 8730G treadmill for a little over a year now. It is working perfectly and has been a very good purchase. Between my wife and I, we walk over 3. 5 miles on it every day! I walk at 3. 7 to 4 MPH and my wife walks 3. 2MPH. All we have to do is lubricate the bed periodically. The compact size of this is very nice in smaller rooms. Love it.

Great compact treadmill! I personally do n't like treadmills with consoles, I do n't like to have something so close to my face while walking/running and I tend to focus too much on the numbers. I like having open air in front of me and I can watch tv from far away if I want to. It fits well in my low ceiling( 6'5__quote__) basement and I 'm short( 5'3__quote__). Not too loud and buttons are straightforward. So far so good!

Our main reason for getting this is the extensive handle/grab bars strategically located in front and to the sides.
