I have had the Asuna 8730G treadmill for a little over a year now. It is working perfectly and has been a very good purchase. Between my wife and I, we walk over 3. 5 miles on it every day! The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I just bought my third one of these. My wife and I wore out two previous models over the course of a decade, almost exactly five years each. So, no, they do n't last forever( though I think the second one would have lasted longer if we had done a better job of cleaning and maintaining the motor, tbh-- look around on the Sunny web site for advice on that, as I now have). But they are compact, sturdy, with a nicely cushioned running surface and a minimum of bells and whistles that we do n't need. And reliable: never a minute's trouble until they quit, used for running 4- 5 hours a week between the two of us. The handrails add a great sense of security, it moves very slowly, but can be increased when you are ready. We paid the extra `` white glove '' service where it was assembled in our house.( there were many parts, some electrical connections) so I would suggest this.
