I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees. Treadmill is hard on my knees. So I decided to try this under the desk elliptical. I love it. I use it while watching TV. Have no problems with it sliding on the floor with or without carpet. It's very quiet. There's nothing that I do n't like about it. I definitely recommend it.

The handrails add a great sense of security, it moves very slowly, but can be increased when you are ready. We paid the extra `` white glove '' service where it was assembled in our house.( there were many parts, some electrical connections) so I would suggest this. It is truly a fabulous treadmill for people who feel unsteady walking outside, who may be a slower, older walker, or recovering patients. SOOOO glad we spent the money for this! The treadmill is what we wanted, and except for having a small problem with the assembling the monitor wires. This was taken care of immediately with a RMA and is now running as expected. The Body Solid fits this machine. I had seen used at a rehabilitation facility for disabled persons-- Stroke victims, injured etc. My wife( 78) I am( 79) have a use for this machine in our house every day. I 've had this for a week and have logged 20 miles on it and it's smooth and quiet. I was kind of nervous as I purchased it online without doing a test run on but the customer service person that I spoke with told me that Dicks has a very good return policy so if I got it home and I did n't like it that I could return it without any issues. Very easy to set up in less than 20 mins as you only have to screw in the two side pieces, crossbar, and the top console fits right into place. So far I would say it's a great value and will meet my needs of using this treadmill when I ca n't get outside for a run.

I love the stand up feature, because many steppers I found did n't have this option, and I felt it was important for her to progress. Fast forward a month, she's not used it so I decided to take it back, and I 'm so glad I did! I use it every day, rain or shine, because I can. I like exercising outside also, but this gives you an opportunity to get a quick workout in any time. I use it for running mostly. It took a second to get used to the short stride and learn to balance, but now I ca n't imagine being without it.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv- the time goes by so fast you don ’ t even know it. Very quite, easy to use and the brushless motor makes for a low EMI generator. Came with everything I required to assemble and the assembly went smoothly. The only problem, I had, was the assembly manual made no mention of the main power switch located at the base of the treadmill. I thought I had a defective treadmill when I tried to start it from the push button switch on the console for the very first time. Would n't hurt to put this step in an updated version of the assembly manual. So far, I 'm pleased with my purchase, good value for the cost. Would I do business with Sunny Health again? That will depend on how well the treadmill holds up to daily use and how well Sunny Health stands behind their products when I need repair service.
