[ I purchased this shirt in a medium being a 6 foot tall 175 pound male and the fit is what most people would call sport like. I like that it ’s a little long because most medium shirts are hardcore belly shirts when I pick my arms up a little.( I ’ m not that type of guy) If you are than this shirt might not be for you. I have a snap button shirt this will go under on my backpacking endeavors this summer. It seems like weight enough to be worn under something without being too hot but I guess we will see. You don ’ t realize how much you need a heated base layer until you have one! It ’s been such a benefit to various aspects of my life. I wear it beneath my layers when spending time outdoors during winter in Wisconsin. But I ’ ve also worn it to work( in an office) during especially cold days. It fits true to size and is comfy.
