I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

Fits exactly as described…I went up a size to get a slightly looser feel( I wear these tops for MMA and HIIT). Shoulder construction allows you to move with no binding/pinching. Flat lock seams don ’ t rub or chafe. The length is enough to tuck in or leave out without it ridding up. Material is slick and breathable…I would prefer it to be a bit thicker. Dries fast and hold up well to weekly washings( cold and hang dry… my 2 year old shirts look as good as my 2 week old ones). Definitely worth the money.
