I bought this earlier this year and really like it. It is warm and confortable. I also love the color( Storm). It is slightly short in lenght. If you 're just wearing it with arms downward it is fine but as soon as you lift your arms in the air the sweater lift enough to show your belly. The sleeves were somehow short too. They reached all the way to my wrists but if you extend your arm in front of you, it pulls a little. For the size, I used their Find My Size tool and it gave me a 93% chance of fitting in XS with 43% in S. I bought the XS and I think it's perfect. S would probably fit more in lenght but I was afraid it would be too wide as I have a small frame and small, almost flat chest. I never used the drying machine on it, just let it dry hanging and the size remained the same.

[ I bought this jacket about a month ago and have just started to wear it as the temperatures are now below freezing. The jacket is very light weight. I bought an XL because I like to wear heavy sweaters. With the jacket on I do n't look like the Michelin man.

I have had this jacket for at least 2 years and it has held up well. I wear it throughout the year: at work( in the hospital), camping and just out and about. I wash it regularly and hang it up to dry. It still looks great with very minimal pilling. I would get another in a different color. I agree that it could be less itchy but I am not bothered by it. I have worn it layered under another jacket as well. For me, this is a great layering piece.

I love it! I am really specific about sun shirts because I live and work on boats and wear a sun shirt most days. Full disclosure: I have tried the Crater Lake and Sunshadow before this and really did not like them. The Crater Lake is 1) kind of soft and does n't breath as well as this one and 2) had sloppy sewing so the sleeve hem unravelled after a couple months of wear. The Sunshadow was low stretch and super restricting to wear and the fabric stained really easily. This* Sunblocker* is amazing. The fabric is super quick drying but not scratchy, the sewing is really neat, and the fabric is stretchy and not restrictive. I sized up from S to M and am glad I did. I personally love the crop. It still protects my whole back, even when I bend over, but is n't too long. Overall, I 'm really happy with it!

It kind of has a brushed texture and the organic cotton 100 percent totally feels different from Polyester mix. I do n't need any other sweatshirt if I had this. The fit is pretty roomy. I 'm S size on tops usually, and M would be definitely way too big.

On most hoodies, thumb holes are in the seam along the wrist, and that shortens the sleeve length, so the thumb hole strangles my thumb( I have long arms). This shirt has thumb loops along the end of the sleeve. So much more comfortable! I also like the overlapping lower sides of the hood; nice coverage without being too tight around the neck.

Either this shirt runs small or the gains from the gym are catching up to me( doubtful) but this shirt was surprisingly tight in the shoulders and upper arms. So be warned, if you 're busty and broad( I 'm not) you might want to skip this shirt altogether, not sure that sizing up will work this time around. The fabric is not your typical polyester sun shirt, it's very much a buttery- soft cotton- esque fabric which will be interesting to see how it actually Performs in the sun and spray( you know, if you actually wear it for Fishing). Arm length is great on my size and the concealed thumb holes are thoughtful. This shirt will actually keep the backs of your hands safe from the sunbeams. [ All of my wife ’s coats were heavy, dressy- looking coats that weighed a ton. Because of her handicap, and difficulty walking, the heavy coats were a nuisance. I got her this Expedition Hoodie, and she has absolutely fallen in love with it. She was shocked at how something so light, could keep you so warm. Sometimes, when unable to walk, we need to use a transport chair. Sitting in that chair on a cold, windy day, unable to generate heat from walking, this jacket makes all the difference.

Was looking for a high- visibility running jacket similar to the Patagonia Houdini Air( wind resistance+ breathability). I have both the regular Houdini( size L) and Houdini Air( M). Keeping this in M. FIT: I 'm 5' 1, 150 lbs, 34DD, round belly. With a Smartwool 250 baselayer or a thin long- sleeved cotton t, fit is close to the body, but not tight( Houdinis run much slimmer); pretty forgiving of my belly:) Perfect length for me, falling around mid- hip; Houdinis are longer, falling below my butt. FEEL/FUNCTION: I 've worn this for multiple runs( incl. light rain, strong wind). This feels somewhere in- between the Houdinis in terms of wind- blocking and breathability. V. light rain beaded on the surface of the jacket, but left a mark when smushed into the fabric. Material is a matte, slightly stretchy, more fabric- y( vs. plastic- y) material- like a slightly thicker/heavier Air. Hood fits over thick pony- tail securely when fully zipped, and stays in strong wind. Definitely recommend everyone have it in your arsenal- it's a great piece to keep in your car for beach days where you need something to keep the chill off as the sun sets or for early morning hikes. Fits true to size, has more of a regular fit where I could wear a long sleeve if I wanted to, but it has a little room.

I live at elevation, where weather conditions can change fast( and wind is common). I 've worn this jacket in a variety of conditions so far: rain/snow mix at 40 degrees,< sub- freezing temps and sunny, dark and 32 degrees. It's kept me warm without overheating, blocked the wind, and kept me dry during light/moderate precipitation. It's lightweight and packs up small, and is my new fav running item! It feels like it might run just a tad bit small in my opinion, so if you want a thicker layer under it, I might suggest sizing up.

I winter hike a lot in the white mountains of New Hampshire and I love this layer! It's perfect for ascents over my 300 weight wool shirt. I rarely sweat in it or need more than those 2 layers. If I do sweat it evaporates very quickly. It's very thin and lightweight however I barely need an additional layer in higher elevations. I have worn this in temps ranging from 10- 30 degrees F. It's amazing. I love the windbreaker aspect of it bc it either surprise snows or you brush up against trees while hiking and do n't get wet. You stay so warm with the fleece lining. Still ca n't believe how thin it is.
