They are SLIGHTLY looser fitting than other joggers I have purchased( same brand), and tthey have somewhat of a wrinkly casual look. I went back and bought a couple pairs in the mediums and they also fit. I feel they fit just a little on the larger size. The blue is not really a navy, it's like a dark slate blue, but a nice color. Just do n't think you 'll be able to wear them with true navy outfits if you are a matchy- matchy person. So when they showed up I almost thought I was sent the black by mistake then I tried them on and they looked SO GOOD I was keeping them either way. [ I can ’ t say enough great things about the Nike Chill Sweatpants. I feel like these pants are the perfect blend of leggings( based on the slimmer fit and high rise), joggers( taper on the ankles), and sweatpants( warmth for spring/fall not heavy like for winter). I ’ ve thrown these on to wear around the house( think Netflix and Chill); running kiddos to the bus stop; dressed up with cropped top and denim jacket. Definitely will be keeping these in heavy rotation and will likely snag another color way. For the hourglass hippy girlies, I ’ m normally a medium and I would say these fit true to size. They also come with an inner drawstring waist( think no waist gap!) However, be prepared to have the pockets stick out especially if you use them) making your hips appear larger. If this bothers me long term I ’ ll consider adding couple buttons to the pockets or an invisible zipper so that the pockets remain functional with a slightly more flattering lay. By no means is this a deal breaker for me though. LOVE them…

[ As of mom of 7, full time teacher, and someone who likes to work out and stay in shape, I need athletic wear that I can use multi- purpose. The first thing I noticed about these pants if the color and fabric- they are the perfect shade of greige to wear out and about with any color and hide any marks or wear and tear and the fabric is super soft to the touch! I appreciate the color because I like wearing lighter colors, but as a mom of 7 little kids, I 'm always afraid that will be noticeably dirty or stained too quickly. Thankfully, these pants stood the test of sticky little fingers and mom work! While I did experience getting them dirty, the marks and stickiness washed out easily and left no mark! I 'm VERY happy with the fabric quality in this regard. Some more pros of these pants: 1) they fit true to size( I got size small and I 'm 5' 8 '' 125lbs) with room to move. 2) The waist is the perfect mid/high rise for comfort. 3) The detailing makes them look much more polished than typical sweatpants. 4) The lightweight material is great for layering over running tights/shorts for layered workouts and truly does breathe well. 5) The thicker waistband is ideal for not having a pinch point on my waist when bending and lifting. Some cons: 1) the material is more coarse on the inside- it's not plush or soft. This is good for moisture- wicking, but not the most comfortable for lounging( so just be advised because I feel the title of `` sweatpants '' made me assume they would be cozier). 2) they run a bit shorter than I prefer( size small, 5' 8 '') and end about jogger length 3) the lightweight fabric is very breathable, but not `` warm '' or cozy like the title `` sweatpants '' implies to me- they are more of a tech sweatpant. Overall I really like them and the fact that they are easy clean and can transfer from home to workout so easily and with such style makes them a great purchase in my book!

I am 5' 8/179 pounds, typically wear a size 12 in jeans), fit is preferred by being slightly loose round my calves, thighs and glutes, and the ultra high- waist is comfortable regardless if sitting or standing. The fabric is light weight and amazingly soft, though rather transparent and would require either skin color undergarments, leggings or spandex underneath. I 'd consider these a perfect pair of sweats for spring/summer time running errands or relaxing around the house( any time of year). Overall I 'd recommend highly, especially due to fabric weight and softness.

I skidded on my side about 8 feet after crashing a dirtbike going way faster than I had any right to, and the pants look new. I don ’ t know if the current fabric is the same as these, but I bought them about seven years ago, wore them hiking, and then decided to take up dirt biking last Saturday( you are correct, these are not appropriate pants for that sport). WHERE ARE THE NEW COLORS?!?! These are the most absolutely amazing pants on the market and I 'm getting nervous that there are no new fun colors this season. It's true that this fabric does pill little bit but hear me out- they 're still totally worth it! I work exclusively outside for my fulltime job, hiking 5 miles per day on average and I genuinely wear these pants 4 days a week at minimum. I 've had the same pairs of Ferrosi's for over 5 years and though pilled, they 've lasted perfectly and show no other signs of wear. They are crazy lightweight and breathable but also water resistant. They keep me cool in 100+ degree weather and also do great over a baselayer in the winter. They are stretchy enough but also hold their shape. OR, you better warn us if these ever get discontinued so I can buy 10 more pairs.

[ I wanted to get another pair of the “ Holly Pants ”, which I love and have had for many years, however Marmot has discontinued them. The “ Arche Rock Pants ”, according to a very helpful person in Consumer Service, are the closest match. I like the pants but I ’ d prefer a light soft lining which the Holly pants have and a softer outside material which probably is less water resistant. The Arche Rock pants have a thin material with no lining and they rustle when I walk. Maybe some of the stiffness will decrease over time. The navy color and the fit are fine but the length a bit short I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ” 135lbs and size 8.
