These leggings have stretch because I am a thick women. The color is very vibrant! The reason for my 4 stars was because the jacket runs very small. The arms of the jacket is stretchy, but the middle part of the jacket is n't. You have to size up in the jacket. I bought 2 sets. The bottoms in the blue are large and the maroon color are in an xl. I could do either size. The leggings are true to size, but the jacket again runs small. Super cute on! Hopefully I 'm able to submit a video for you guys. I promise you will run to get it! I ordered these in several colors because they are comfortable and work well at the gym. They are on the thinner side though and in terms of sizing, I would say buy whatever your regular size is. I normally wear a XL but I ordered the XXL because I did not want them to cling to my skin( I 'm 65+) and show every lump and bump. But, I really did not have to do this and could have easily just worn my regular size. Again, they are thin and do not hold you in so if there is something that you do n't want to show, I would say get them in the darker colors or you could size up.
