Hole Less Than A Month Later

I purchased these shoes on December 22 as a Christmas gift for my sister to wear to her office job. Less than a month later, with very minimal use, a hole developed in the shoe material. For the price and intended use, this is unacceptable. I returned to Dick’s Sporting Goods to request a return or replacement, but they refused to assist. I do not recommend this product or the store’s handling of the issue.

Second Pair. First Pair Popped. Dick's Sporting Goods Did Nothing

My daughter likes these, I think because "everyone" gets them I bought a second pair since the first pair "popped" Unfortunately, it popped (literally) a few days after the store policy "days to return window" passed. Disappointed that I had to replace shoes.

These run an entire size small and are very tight. I’m so disappointed

Poor Communication!

I returned this item due to them being too small for my wife. The tracking shows they were received by your company on January 14th. It is now January 30th and I have yet to receive even a email confirming such. The only reason I know is because I followed the tracking. I completely understand that things take time and am in no hurry really, however I find it very disappointing that after 2 weeks of them being back in your possession I am yet to receive any kind of response.
