I had been experiencing some right shoulder soreness after a week of baseball fantasy camp. My body responds well to compression so I gave this sleeve a try. It feels a bit awkward at first, but once you find the sweet spot you barely notice you 're wearing it. I even wore it to sleep a few times and no issues during the night. Even though my measurement suggested I get the LG size, I decided to purchase the smaller one and the compression felt much better for me using that one. Keep in mind you will have to gently wash it every so often as it nestles right under the armpit area.

I 'd recommend taking your time( with someone's help) in initially fitting it, as it took me a few days( and adjustments) to realize just how impressive this brace really is. There are several adjustments to be made, which turned out to be a very good thing, as you 'll end up with a really high- quality stabilizer that is custom- fitted for you.
