I had been experiencing some right shoulder soreness after a week of baseball fantasy camp. My body responds well to compression so I gave this sleeve a try. It feels a bit awkward at first, but once you find the sweet spot you barely notice you 're wearing it. I even wore it to sleep a few times and no issues during the night. Even though my measurement suggested I get the LG size, I decided to purchase the smaller one and the compression felt much better for me using that one. This IT Band is the best one I ’ ve found. It has a firm, rubber piece which you place directly on your IT Band which I haven ’ t seen in other manufacturers. This provides great relief while in use. The ability to tighten/loosen is easy and stays in place during use.
